A feature film based on a folk tale by Sashko Lirnyk about the beautiful Hanna, whose husband went to war and left her alone with a child. When a mysterious Black Cossack — cursed never to see daylight — begins visiting her homestead at night, she sets out to learn the truth. The film blends Cossack romance, mysticism and 17th-century folk legends. Dmytro Dellert served as the film’s technical producer.
